Infrastructure is of the highest quality and strength, and all components in the network is monitored around the clock every day.

All our servers have a remote management interface (iLO/iDRAC/IPMI) so you can provision, reboot, debug and see hardware status. InternetPort dedicated server customers can report errors and call for qualified technical expertise around the clock (24/7/365).

Frequently asked questions

A dedicated server gives you exclusive use of all physical hardware — CPU, RAM, disk and network. No other tenant shares your resources. A VPS is a virtual machine running on a shared physical host, which is more cost-effective but means CPU and RAM are shared with other customers. Choose dedicated if you need maximum raw performance, hardware-level isolation, specific OS kernel builds, or custom RAID configurations.

Standard configurations from our AMD Series and Dell PowerEdge stock are typically provisioned and online within a few hours of order confirmation. Custom configurations or non-stock hardware may require 1-3 business days. Contact us before ordering if you have specific timing requirements and we will confirm availability.

We support all major Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS) as well as Windows Server (2019, 2022). OS reinstalls are free and can be initiated from the remote management interface. Custom ISO installs are available on request — contact support.

Yes. Every dedicated server includes out-of-band remote management — iDRAC on Dell PowerEdge servers and iLO on HP servers. This gives you full hardware console access, power control, sensor monitoring and OS reinstall capability independent of the main network interface. You can reboot, debug, or reinstall even when the OS is completely unresponsive.

All servers are located in our own data centers in Hudiksvall, Sweden. We also offer colocation in Stockholm via Interxion. Your data is subject to Swedish and EU law. We are PCI-DSS certified. For customers who require data sovereignty within the EU or Sweden, our infrastructure satisfies that requirement without any additional agreements needed.
